No. Hair & Nails is vegan, Collagen + is not, because it contains collagen and gelatine.
What do they do?
Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin. Biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal hair. Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal hair, skin and nails.
Who should not take them?
