Shipping Provider
We exclusively use Omniva for all our shipments within Latvia and the Baltic states. Omniva is a trusted postal and logistics company ensuring reliable and efficient delivery of your orders.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, based on the size and weight of your package and the delivery location within the Baltic region.
- Latvia: Standard shipping times are 2-3 business days.
- Estonia and Lithuania: Standard shipping times are 3-4 business days.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can track your order directly on the Omniva website or through the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For customers within the European Union (including Latvia, Estonia, and Lithuania), there are no additional duties or taxes on your order. All applicable taxes are included in the product price.
Shipping Restrictions
Please note that certain areas may be subject to additional shipping restrictions or limitations by Omniva. We will notify you if there are any issues with shipping to your specified address.
Damaged or Lost Packages
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately so we can work with Omniva to resolve the issue. We will require proof of damage (for example, photos) for claims processing.
